new homes we will inspect the same components and systems as our
Existing Home Inspections, plus give careful attention to
quality of workmanship
and compliance with
generally accepted standard building practices.

| Builder’s Warranty Inspections: In Tennessee, one year after completed construction and owner occupancy, your Builder’s state-mandated full home warranty expires. We can inspect your entire home before the first year expires and catch any possible unknown defects in construction so you are not burdened with future repair costs. If your home is more than one year old, but less than five years old certain types of structural defects may also be covered under your Builder’s state-mandated warranty. We can help you find these issues and write a detailed report to give to your Builder. |

Dave is NEHA Certified for radon sampling. He also is approved for 2/10 home buyer’s warranty inspections by the 2/10 Home Warranty company
1 All our Home Inspections are performed in compliance with HITA (Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association) And Tennessee State requirements. Our standards also meet the requirements of many other Home Inspector associations such as ASHI®, NAHI®, and NACHI®.
2 All counties touching on Knox County, TN have new homes inspected by a Tennessee employed Electrical Inspector and a County employed Health Inspector (where well systems are installed). As of Jan.1, 2006, portions of Blount and Sevier counties do not have General Building Code Enforcement by county employed inspectors. “Code Inspectors” must check building code compliance by general contractors or remodeling contractors. The entire geographic area of Campbell, Grainger, Jefferson, and Union counties have no General Building Code Inspectors.
