Builder's Warranty Inspections:

In Tennessee, one year after completed construction and owner occupancy, your Builder's state-mandated full home warranty expires. We can inspect your entire home before the first year expires and catch any possible unknown defects in construction so you are not burdened with future repair costs. If your home is more than one year old, but less than five years old certain types of structural defects may also be covered under your Builder's state-mandated warranty. We can help you find these issues and write a detailed report to give to your Builder.
