I recently completed the purchase of a newly built home in the Knoxville area. As part of the closing I made sure to have a property inspection done to insure all was well. I contacted Gene at Best Choice Inspections based on a recommendation from a friend.

Gene showed up on time and ran through a very thorough inspection of the property. I was very impressed by the level of detail in his report and even more impressed at how he used graphics and web technology so I could view the report online. The report not only had lots of pictures, but Gene had taken the time to highlight the features being discussed with red arrows making it very easy to see exactly what he was discussing in the report.

I can honestly say that this is the best home inspection report I've ever received. Over the years I've purchase four new homes and I've never received a report of such high quality, clarity and with this level of detail. Even better was that Gene had it available for me by the afternoon of the inspection day.
